  • Discuss Lot Purchasing & Plan Design
  • Lot Evaluation & Layout of Plan
  • Cost Estimation on Lot Grading, Utility Installation, Foundation & House Construction

Financing

  • Apply for lot loan

Contract with Architect

Price & Contract

  • MJB Homes presents a firm price & Scope of Work
  • Building Contract is signed
  • Construction Financing is obtained

Permitting

  • MJB Homes submits plans to Building Department.  Public Sector fees are paid & Building Permit is processed.

Construction Start/Progress

  • During all phases of construction MJB Homes will be in communication with you, providing updates & photos.
  • From the first meeting to the finish of your home, the average time frame is between 8 and 12 months.
